Using this site

These terms cover the website only. They are not the terms of a design engagement, which are set out in a signed proposal.

You may read, print and share these pages. You may not scrape the site to republish it, present our work as your own, or use it to build a competing directory.

This is not an offer or advice

The content here describes our services in general terms. It is not a quotation, not an offer capable of acceptance, and not professional advice for your property. Every engagement is scoped and quoted individually. Every property differs in climate, guest mix, staffing and regulation, so do not act on anything here without advice for your specific case.

Images, drawings and text

Photography, drawings, diagrams and written material on this site belong to Revlun or to the clients who commissioned the work, and appear with permission. Do not reproduce them without asking first.

Project outcomes

Where a case study states a result, that figure was supplied and verified by the client before publication. Results depend on the property, its market and its team, and are not a promise of the same outcome elsewhere.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error. We may change or remove content without notice.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its privacy practices.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill, arising from use of this website.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy notice and the cookie policy.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. The courts of Colombo have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause removes a consumer's right to bring proceedings in their own country where local law gives them that right.
