A wellness design practice based in Colombo, working with resorts, hotels and standalone spas.
The practice
Revlun designs the wellness layer of hospitality. That means the treatment menu and the protocols behind it, the guest journey from arrival to departure, and the physical rooms all of it happens in.
We work with spa owners, resort developers and hotel operators who need a wellness offering that is commercially coherent, operationally repeatable, and rooted in Sri Lankan and South Asian traditions without leaning on their imagery.
Projects are staffed to the work rather than to a fixed team. We hold the wellness brief and assemble the therapists, trainers and specialists a property needs, working alongside the architect and contractor already appointed.

We assemble the team a project needs rather than carrying every discipline in-house.
Therapists and trainers
Delivery and training partners are matched to the treatment set, then trained against the written protocols so the menu survives a change of roster.
Product houses
Products are specified against cost, resupply reliability and what customs will clear, not against a supplier relationship.
Architects and contractors
We join an existing design team as the wellness specialist and issue the services schedule the mechanical and electrical team builds to.
Working with us
Most engagements start with a walkthrough of the property and a conversation about what the wellness offer has to earn. From there we scope the work and quote it.
We take on a small number of projects at a time so that the people who design a programme are the people who train the team delivering it.
