Three routes, in order of speed
The first is the one that works. The others exist because not everyone has it.
By introduction
Almost every property we take on arrives through an architect, an operator or an owner we have worked with. If someone has offered to introduce you, ask them to make it. That route moves quickly.
By queue
Without an introduction, register interest below. Entries are read. They are not answered by return, because a reply would imply capacity we may not have.
When a position opens
We reach out to the queue when a project ends and the next property is a fit. That can be soon or it can be a year. We would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
Register interest
Tell us about the property rather than about us. What it is, where it is, what stage it is at, and what the wellness offer has to earn.
Joining the queue is not an application and carries no obligation on either side. We hold entries for twelve months, then delete them unless you have asked us to keep them longer.
