A wellness offer has to survive a full roster, a low season and a change of staff. We design against the property as it will actually be run, and we say plainly when a menu needs headcount you do not have.

We work back of house
The treatment menu carries the property's name. The protocols are trained into the property's team. The rooms are credited to the property's architect. We do not publish client names, photographs of their spas, or figures about their trading. Properties bring us in precisely because we do not.

Access is by referral
We take a small number of properties at a time, and we are introduced to almost all of them by architects, operators and owners we have worked with before. There is no enquiry line and no sales team. Without an introduction, the interest queue is the way in.
